Victoria is a super cuddly bisque girl from Lisa's personal collection. She always had a thing for these types of vessels. She used to have a huge antique bassinette where she would keep all her babies and their gowns would fall over the sides in a rush of lace and ribbons. Victoria was part of Lisa's "special" collection, part of the parcel that came last January. When Lisa first found her, Victoria did NOT look like this at all. Lisa had a friend sew this outfit all together for her specifically. Victoria was found in a haunted house, and she was all wrapped up in an old towel, with no pretty clothing or anything. Just kind of haggard and falling apart. A friend of Lisa's found the vessel and began the cleanup. Lisa knew she had the potential to shine and she was right. Victoria seems to have died from some stomach ailment in 1926 in Leeds. The house she lived in was the same haunted house that she was found in, during a paranormal cleanse for the new owner. I think the house had MANY new owners since her death, and never had a full cleaning out. Victoria tells us that her toys are still in the attic there. She truly is a special girl. Very positive, very open to love. She calls out for people. Her "mommy magnet" is very strong. She seems to attract the cats and dogs with her laughter. She giggles and you can hear it without spirit tools. Victoria fills the whole room with her good energy. It really feels like there is a real-life toddler in the room with us. She is older than she looks. She is extremely active - always moving, always making toddler noises. She can say Momma and doggy. She can say things like EAT. I think she was about 4 when she died. There is a lot of energy surrounding her all the time, and she can drain batteries very easily, even brand-new batteries from the store have drained. She has some intense kinetic energy too. She sometimes has glittery-colored orbs and light anomalies around her. She loves cats and other spirits, especially older children, as we think she misses her siblings. She had many older siblings, maybe 3 or 4. Victoria definitely does well with dogs too, and lI think she oves all animals. I know she appreciates having us around her and giving her attention every now and then. She deserves so much more than we can give her. We've used the PSB7 spirit box, the Ouija board, and the pendulum. Victoria needs a good home. She is adorable and just needs a lot of love. She is an amazing vessel. She blinks her eyes and she is not supposed to be able to do that. People have noticed that there seems to be a light behind her eyes too.
About the doll: She is a KESTNER German REPRO Century doll, and she is fancy. Her dress, her body, her face, and everything is meticulously made. She is amazing.
About the maker: Kestner is often called the King of Dollmakers, and for good reason. One of the longest surviving doll-making companies in Germany, Kestner actively produced dolls from approximately the 1920s through the 1930s — over a century of quality doll production! In the beginning, Kestner produced wood and papier-mache dolls; then they made China (porcelain) dolls, and finally bisque dolls (commonly called porcelain today). They are best known for their bisque dolls which ran the gamut from early turned-shoulder head (stationary neck) dolls with kid bodies, to dolly-faced dolls with fully jointed composition bodies, to lady dolls, to all-bisques to character dolls.
About CENTURY DOLLS: Century Doll Company Dolls USA 1909+ Brief history: The Century Doll Company of New York was founded in 1909 by Max Scheuer and made bisque and composition dolls. Max Scheuer retired in 1926 and his sons continued the business until 1928 when they merged with the Domec Toy Company. The companies then became known as the Doll Corporation of America and continued to use the trade name and doll mark Domec. Century is probably best known for their Bye-Lo Baby type dolls with bisque heads by JD Kestner or composition Bye-Lo Baby type dolls.

FYI: In my old shop, we had to have a disclaimer explaining that haunted items were "for entertainment purposes only" and this disclaimer is needed for some credit card processors as well - However, you need to know, as a potential buyer/adopter that I am NOT responsible for any paranormal activity that you might experience in your home once you adopt a spirit. This is serious and many people who do not know what they are doing have had some pretty overwhelming experiences usually due to their own lack of knowledge or understanding about what it means to be a spirit keeper. If you are under the age of 18, please do some research before trying to adopt a spirit. As a seller, I will repeat, there are NO REFUNDS on haunted dolls - I will not guarantee that you will have the same experiences as I have had. but if you know your stuff, do your research, and are prepared for anything, then you will!
