Elise is a special vessel. She truly is one of a kind. She has SUCH a cute face and her entire body is handmade bisque that someone painted. She was made with love. You can tell. She's so cute, but she's a brat. Not evil or anything, just your average awkward tweenager, and she is annoying (to me). Some of my friends and teammates think she's fun because she's so active. I must be getting old because I just think she is very loud and the energy I pick up from her is the same as young teenagers at a mall. Ugh. Elise really is full of energy though, and a lot of people like that. Elise had a traumatic death, but she has almost completely blocked it. I understand why - she was grabbed from behind and the whole ordeal lasted about 45 minutes and then she was gone. She has tried to erase that 45 minutes as best as she can. Fast trauma is easier to block than slow, prolonged trauma. She just pretends it never happened. I think she has a hard time understanding death, especially her own death. Because she did such a good job of blocking what happened to her, she kind of gets confused when we ask her questions about stuff. I think she prefers to think of herself as "just as alive as you or me". And it kind of rubs her the wrong way when we suggest otherwise. So I try to avoid the subject and just treat her like any other 12-year-old in my home. She is going to get into your makeup, your hair stuff, your art supplies, and pretty much anything else she feels like getting into. She is a curious and very intelligent little girl. She can get a bit awkward and shy sometimes but that is to be expected. Elise loves little treats like lip gloss, mini colorful nail polishes, and pretty much anything you'd give a living 12-year-old, she wants too. Her eyes scare the crap out of people, and she can't help that. Although at times I do suspect she might try to scare some people on purpose. But in general, she is not trying to do that. We have seen so many changes in her eyes. I think her next caregiver should get to know her on a personal level and then you will see what I mean. She is just a little kid. She needs love. She has no idea what happened to her life prior to this - she's blocked her violent death. Give her a break. Give her a good home and a happy life. Elise loves things like metallic gel pens. She likes diamond painting kits. She is just a regular kid. She does have a real big need for attention though. So much though that I have her labeled as high maintenance, so I try to give her as much attention as possible, but you know this house is stretched thin. She deserves way more than she's getting. We know she is a somewhat "recent" death, in the 80s or 90s. She likes to hang out with teens and tweens. Elise is a powerful soul and she makes SURE that we can feel, hear and see her when she is being active. EVPs are strong with her, and her voice has been heard without the use of tools. We get a lot of movements with her. She is always doing something out of the corner of my eye. We adore her. She does well with the spirit box, the pendulum, and the Ouija. The PSB7 works really well with her. Elise needs a "present" caregiver who will listen to her and be receptive to her needs. She needs a family home where she can feel part of a bigger unit. She is a good kid. Oh, I almost forgot, at times you can hear the unmistakable sound of her limbs moving: bisque on bisque, like rubbing a tea cup on a saucer. Don't let it freak you out.

This is serious and many people who do not know what they are doing have had some pretty overwhelming experiences usually due to their own lack of knowledge or understanding about what it means to be a spirit keeper. If you are under the age of 18, please do some research before trying to adopt a spirit. As a seller, I will repeat, there are NO REFUNDS on haunted dolls - I will not guarantee that you will have the same experiences as I have had. but if you know your stuff, do your research, and are prepared for anything, then you will!
