This is TRUE vintage! Heirloom quality! This is an elegant diamond heart locket crafted in sterling silver, this open-worked heart-shaped design features an intricate floral filigree top studded with 1/8 ct. of a glistening stone that very well could be a diamond, I have NO IDEA, I found this years ago in Seattle and I never had it tested. So I will price it as if its a CZ, but if you get it tested, let me know! This locket opens to reveal space for a tiny photograph or two. Comes with an 18" chain.
