Reserved Kandace 8/5 Ingrid Haunted Doll ~ 17" Porcelain Vessel ~WW2 ~ Highly Active ~ Intuitive ~ Underground Norway

We got Ingrid from a friend in Oslo, who had found her at his grandmother's house.  She said she picked the doll up at a church sale and she told him the doll "had life inside".  She died, and he brought the doll home with him.  He did not understand what she had meant by "life" but he soon found out.  He said she was "calling out to him" at night.  She was whispering and moving and freaking him out.  He was a gamer, and he began to talk to his buddies about this doll and someone mentioned that he should send her to us.  When she arrived, we could feel what was going on.  She was upset.  She had been haunting the place where she had died so long ago, and when it was torn down, she felt like she had to take this vessel to leave that place.  The doll had been left there by some previous occupants.  Ingrid has been dead for a while.  She died in 1943 during the German occupation of Norway.  Her parents were part of the Norwegian Underground.  She was only seventeen, yet her keen intellect had forged her into a formidable force of resistance.  She had always had a fight-the-opwer kind of attitude even as a kid.  But this war and these soldiers in her homeland were pissing her off.  She knew in her heart that even the smallest act of defiance could resonate far beyond its immediate impact.  After the soldiers gunned down her mother in the streets, she knew she had to do something.  She was allowed to apprentice for a small newspaper.  Her father told her how to do it, so she cleverly intertwined coded messages into harmless news pieces.  Her methods were subtle but brilliant.  When decoded, they revealed a message directing Allied forces to secret meeting points.  She even wrote a short piece that showed the Allied where the Germans were storing weapons.  It was short-lived, though.  She had just turned 18 when the soldiers stormed the newspaper offices.  They shot everyone there, point blank.  She remembers the feeling of the bullet hitting her head, and then BAM nothing.  She remembers the old lady, though, the one who purchased the doll at the church sale.  She tried talking to her and she knew that woman knew she was there.  She would get so frustrated trying to get her attention.  Ingrid needs to TALK she needs to communicate with the living.  She constantly has questions about what happened after the war, not only in Oslo but in the entire world.  I try to explain as best I can using what history I know and google, but I feel like she needs to see a movie or two to really understand that it has been over for a long long time.  I tried putting on a few movies but then the whole room would feel so heavy.  We can not understand what this girl has been through or seen.  She has a lot of trauma, as you can imagine.  Seeing her mother killed, her friends raped and shot down.  Complex trauma. I feel like she is a hero and needs to be treated as such.  She is a girl who uses her pen as a weapon in the fight for freedom.  That is a big deal.  I love the energy she has and the fight inside of her.  She is hugely motivational for me.  She is an excellent muse for any writers or freedom fighters out there.  She is extremely intuitive and highly telepathic.  She can pop right into your head, which I love.  She has some of the most detailed memories and dreamscapes.  Ingrid lived through some terrible times.  She was just a teenager.  I feel like she gets more talkative around people who are into activism and action, so I know she would do well with most of you reading this.  Ingrid likes to be around books and old items, so antiques are a good trigger for her.  She likes to talk so someone who will sit with her and let her be herself would be excellent.  We get a ton of glittery orbs from this vessel.  We also hear her a lot.  She will whisper, she will talk out loud and she knows German, English, and her native language, East Norweigan.  I love historical spirits like this because we do not know what life was like during these times but we can understand them better by communicating with spirits who were there.  Ingrid is very kinetically active, there is always static in the air around her.  She is very communicative on the pendulum, the Ouija, and the PSB7 too.  She needs someone who will TALK to her and be her friend.

 FYI:  In my old shop, we had to have a disclaimer explaining that haunted items were "for entertainment purposes only" and this disclaimer is needed for some credit card processors as well - However, you need to know, as a potential buyer/adopter that I am NOT responsible for any paranormal activity that you might experience in your home once you adopt a spirit.  This is serious and many people who do not know what they are doing have had some pretty overwhelming experiences usually due to their own lack of knowledge or understanding about what it means to be a spirit keeper.  If you are under the age of 18, please do some research before trying to adopt a spirit.  As a seller, I will repeat, there are NO REFUNDS on haunted dolls - I will not guarantee that you will have the same experiences as I have had.  but if you know your stuff, do your research, and are prepared for anything, then you will!
