Euphemia likes to be called "Fifi" just like her sisters and mother always called her. We got her from a friend in Belfast, the same woman who does a lot of conjure work for us with fairies and other elementals. She told us Fifi had been a "natural inhabitation" and was discovered in an old barn outside of a house set to be demolished. the man who found her brought her home and the girlfriend noticed that she moved her limbs and had "disembodied children's voices" and it scared the hell out of her. So our friend was contacted to do a ritual cleansing of the home, and she was given the doll to "dispose of properly". Fifi was 17 when she worked in a munitions factory called HM factory in Gretna. She worked from 7 am to 2 pm. She would go to the dance halls on her time off. Her mother was constantly telling her she was too ugly to get a boyfriend, and too fat to be a wife, and these things stuck with her to this very day. Fifi tried to avoid going home, so sometimes she picked up extra shifts at the factory. When she found herself pregnant out of wedlock, she was too scared to ever see her mother again, so she rented a room closer to the factory and tried to handle things on her own. She took herbs in the wrong dosage and ended up accidentally killing herself. It was definitely an accident, she had wanted to live so badly, but she did not want to have a baby out of wedlock. It was 1910, so there was no easy option for her at all. She didn't even know of any doctors or back-alley options, she only knew herbs. To this day, Fifi has some serious self-esteem issues. We always start each session with a compliment, on how beautiful she is, and how much she is loved - because she definitely DID NOT hear that growing up. Even her sisters were not so nice to her. She really felt all alone, except for when she was at the dance hall, those are her favorite memories. The boys there thought she was beautiful. Every single time she went there, she met a new boy who told her she was beautiful. Of course, they were mostly soldiers and they had NO good intentions with Fifi, but she didn't care. So we tread gently with Fifi and let her know she is amazing just how she is, and we talk to her a lot about how much has changed since she was alive. EVPs are strong with her, and her voice has been heard without the use of tools. Strong Scottish accent. We get a lot of movements with her. She is always doing something out of the corner of my eye. She smells of perfumes, strange cigarettes, and alcohol sometimes. Kinda like she was just at a dance hall. We adore her. She does well with the spirit box and the pendulum. She does great with the Ouija. She likes to share her memories.
About the doll: She is a bisque reproduction and she is signed on her neck. She will come with a doll stand.
