We got Fannie from a farmer in Omaha.  He found the doll in his barn and gave it to his granddaughter.  She knew right away that the doll was haunted and convinced him to send the doll to us.  Fannie is a HOOT. She is bossy, funny, sarcastic, and can be straight-up MEAN, but it's always funny. She likes to sit around your house and silently judge you.  Not so silently, actually, because you can hear the muttering under her breath, the dramatic sighs, and the muffled chuckles.  She WANTS you to hear it.   She is an old lady who doesn't care one bit what YOU think.  She died in a hospice care room, alone with NO FLOWERS, and you know what?  I would be pissed off too.  She is so bitter about her husband, children, and grandchildren abandoning her in that place.  She is DISGUSTED by them and wishes she could somehow take her money and hide it but she knows they got it all.  She is FURIOUS.  I would be too.  Fannie is so funny.  She is a bit old-fashioned but she is not a bigot or anything like that, in fact, I would say she is shockingly progressive considering she died in the early 80s and she was 80!  This woman is more sarcastic than I am and that's saying something.  This woman is hilarious.  She is bitter and funny and you can tell she had a decent amount of money before she died.  Fannie has been a fun one to have here.  She likes to be moved around a lot, with the kids one day, with the adults the next, in a window, on a bed, on a chair, NO on a different chair now.  She is LOUD inside your head, excellent telepathy.   Fannie has a sense of humor that you would NOT expect at all.  She has a dark sense of humor and lots of joking about death and tragedy.  Perhaps it helps her deal with her current situation.  She has a lot of spunk to her, and she reminds me of how we will all be once we get to that age. Her energy is contagious and everyone loves her.  She really loves to feel included in the household. She can be brutally honest in front of guests, so beware if you put her on the spirit board.  She can be inappropriate at times as well.  But she is worth it.  She laughs out loud quite a bit, and you can hear it without the use of any tools.  We adore Fannie.  She would love to have a home where people talk to her and treat her as part of the family.  She is a fun addition to any household. Fannie really is a fun one.  

About the doll:  She is a handmade cow vessel meant to sit down, so she will not come with a doll stand.

IMPORTANT - If you look at a spirit doll and feel a tug in your heart, that is how you know the doll is meant for you. You will feel it in your soul.  FYI:  In my old shop, we had to have a disclaimer explaining that haunted items were "for entertainment purposes only" and this disclaimer is needed for some credit card processors as well - However, you need to know, as a potential buyer/adopter that I am NOT responsible for any paranormal activity that you might experience in your home once you adopt a spirit.  This is serious and many people who do not know what they are doing have had some pretty overwhelming experiences usually due to their own lack of knowledge or understanding about what it means to be a spirit keeper.  If you are under the age of 18, please do some research before trying to adopt a spirit.  As a seller, I will repeat, there are NO REFUNDS on haunted dolls - I will not guarantee that you will have the same experiences as I have had.  but if you know your stuff, do your research, and are prepared for anything, then you will!
