Reserved Kai 4/29 Gwynne Haunted Doll 17" Victorian ~ Paranormal ~ Rescued From Previous Caregiver ~ Very Active Spirit ~
Gwynne came to us from a woman who had rescued her from her previous caregiver, a woman who was preparing to "break every bit" and then burn her. Believe it or not, this happens more often than you'd think. She met this woman at a paranormal meetup in Portland, OR, and they began to talk about each other's vessels. This is when my friend found out about Gwynne. From how she explained it to me, Gwynne was upset, being "too active" and "scaring everyone" so she asked if she could meet her. The girl who had her, brought Gwynne to meet her, and she heard her say HELP ME. It took a few more weeks of meeting up with this girl before my friend was able to get Gwynne from her. She did not want to give her up - she felt she was told "by the spirits" that she HAD to destroy Gwynne. When my friend asked her how she communicates with spirits, what tools she uses, etc, she never got a clear answer. My friend was worried that this girl was hearing something that was not there. She succeeded in rescuing Gwynne and brought her home. Gwynne was giving up colored orbs the minute she got home. She communicated very easily, and she seemed to be relieved that she was no longer in the care of that girl. By nightfall, my friend recognized what it had been that was scaring that girl. Gwynne sings, and it almost sounds like a soft screeching, like a howl, or like what you'd hear in an old-fashioned ghost movie. A truly spooky sound, but something any spiritkeeper would be excited about, not terrified of Especially in the context that Gwynne seemed happy, and was grateful to be in a home that did not want to wreck her vessel. Within days, my friend found out that the scratches on Gwynne's clothing were from that girl cutting at her with a knife. She discovered small burns hear her head, Gwynne confirmed they were from matches being lit and placed on her. How awful! Gwynne doesn't deserve any of that. She has been dead for nearly 90 years, and this is her favorite vessel out of the many she has used along the way. Gwynne died in a logger camp near the Columbia River in 1930. There had been a fire and she went up to help her husband, but he had already abandoned camp. the fire engulfed her. That girl knew all of this and still used fire as a trigger. This is the kind of thing you never do. Gwynne has a thing for antique books or books from around her time. She loves anything from the Pacific Northwest, like pine needles and blackberry jam. Her presence is large, it feels like static, especially when she is trying to communicate. It feels like "metallic fog" and it's a palpable feeling. You can tell when she wants to communicate, or when she is trying to say something. We have seen her close her eyes, move her lips, and move her hands. She has spoken loud enough to be heard without the use of tools. We have heard her singing songs in her classic, screeching, terrible singling voice - but she loves to sing so who are we to tell her it's awful? I love it! The PSB7 is her favorite, but the Ouija and pendulum have been great too. We have been able to use Automatic Writing with her. Gwynne is an amazing Dreamweaver, and she shows us bits and pieces of her life thru dreams. Gwynne is an interesting lady and we think she would do well in a home where people spend time with her and treat her like a living person. She had 2 children die within weeks of being born, so be gentle if you ask her about her children. She is still very much mourning them both.
