Nathalie is a cool, nerdy girl who is nothing like what she appears to be.  She is very intelligent, a college girl, who was very interested in math and science, WAY before STEM careers were a thing for women.  She was determined to be a trailblazer.  She was killed for it.  She was murdered at her school. The guy who did it was mad that women were trying to educate themselves in traditionally male-dominated fields. Yeah, can you believe that crap? It's really no wonder that Lisa had her in her collection for so long, she is so easy to fall in love with.  She had plans and she was going to reach her goals, and some dumbass obsessed with the patriarchy took her down.  Nathalie says it wasn't just her, it was a bunch of women in her class who were killed.  She has never told us the name of her school, but we have determined that it happened in the late 1980s.  We know she speaks mostly French so we think it happened in France, but could be Canadian? We can't really tell.  She LOVES 80s goth music.  Which makes me love her even more.  The weird thing about her is that she came here without the doll in her hand, and we have NO IDEA where she found it here in the house, but she has bonded to it.  And that doll is a real antique german china-head doll! So I just had to give it to her because I have no idea where it came from.  It's so strange that she found it, it had to be here in the house, but nobody remembers seeing it. Nathalie is one of the most vocal and communicative vessels that we had ever worked with.  She is extremely intelligent and very funny, and she absolutely knows she is a ghost.  She is self-aware and is fully knowledgeable that she died and it is now many years later.  She is keeping an eye on things!  She is highly intuitive and she can read people with utmost precision.  Nothing gets by her.  Nathalie wants to make a difference.  She is a creative muse to women, especially women who do things that are "not ladylike".  She really LOVED my friend who is a female welder, and she was impressed with another friend who is a scientific researcher.  She shares her experiences, through very detailed dreams and visual imagery.  Nathalie is a mature, highly educated, and intelligent woman.  She needs to be with a caregiver who will treat her with respect and dignity.  She does really well with the Ouija board and pendulum.  She likes everything from dowsing rods to the spirit box, and she really likes seance-style communication sessions.   She wants to be heard, and she wants to be with people who are into education and non-traditional roles.  I suspect that she might have been gay, but not ready to come out yet.   She is very active.  She moves around and you can hear the bisque-on-bisque of her limbs touching her torso.  I adore her.  

About the Doll:  Her body is jointed bisque. She is signed on the back of the neck.  Her clothing is completely handmade. Her face is meticulously hand-painted.  She will come with a very sturdy doll stand, and of course, the antique china doll she loves.

IMPORTANT - If you look at a spirit doll and feel a tug in your heart, that is how you know the doll is meant for you. You will feel it in your soul.  FYI:  In my old shop, we had to have a disclaimer explaining that haunted items were "for entertainment purposes only" and this disclaimer is needed for some credit card processors as well - However, you need to know, as a potential buyer/adopter that I am NOT responsible for any paranormal activity that you might experience in your home once you adopt a spirit.  This is serious and many people who do not know what they are doing have had some pretty overwhelming experiences usually due to their own lack of knowledge or understanding about what it means to be a spirit keeper.  If you are under the age of 18, please do some research before trying to adopt a spirit.  As a seller, I will repeat, there are NO REFUNDS on haunted dolls - I will not guarantee that you will have the same experiences as I have had.  but if you know your stuff, do your research, and are prepared for anything, then you will!
