This is a very Rare ONE-OF-A-KAND Vintage Pierced Plate and it is signed by B. Nesseth, I think. I can hardly read it. Beautifully hand painted. 24K Gold trim. Size is 8.5" Diameter

This plate has BEAUTIFUL Pastel Green and Purples with REAL 24K GOLD Accent Trim throughout. On the backside it has two holes with an attached metal wire for hanging on the wall.
