We got Sophie from her last caregiver in Texas who got deployed and she told us that she wanted Sophie to go to someone who needed a guardian and protector.  She said Sophie had been a lifesaver for her on more than one occasion.  Sophie is a no-nonsense type of girl who has been through too much and seen and experienced too much to ever be a soft target ever again.  That's what the men told her when they home invaded her and assaulted her.  They had seen her bringing in her cattle and knew a man must not be home.  She was a "soft target" and they took advantage of that.  She was tortured, graped, and her home set on fire with her child still inside.  Yeah, you could say she has a chip on her shoulder and a big beef with certain kinds of men.  She is still so angry and understandably upset.  She has not been able to find her baby, and she often cries for her dead child.  She is PISSEDm, and I would be too.  Her husband had been called to town for legal business.  It was the 1930s and everyone was broke, people were desperate.  It was the Great Depression.  Sophie and her husband were on the verge of bankruptcy, but they still had a good crop and 20 head of cattle.  That was doing way better than most.  Her husband had been confident to leave Sophie alone on multiple occasions, but never overnight.  She told him she could handle it, and in all honestly, she COULD handle it.  But these men had their sights on her for a day or 2 before they struck.  They probably watched her husband leave.  Robbers were very common during this time.  Sophie has decided to do something GOOD with her situation.  She has absolutely no idea how she became attached to a doll.  Before this vessel, she was attached to a home, but people came and started working on the house and she was pushed out of it somehow.  Sophie is a Guardian and a Protector.  She is extremely active.  She will make sure she gets your attention.  She moves around a lot.  She talks, she softly sings, and whispers. She plays to the camera and shows us some crazy colors and auras when we communicate with her.  She is certainly one of the more active spirits in the house, especially in terms of weird synchronicities and "coincidences".  She has given us the strangest "warnings" in the weirdest ways, like dropping certain tarot cards or tossing around certain crystals in my room.  She is highly telepathic and can seemingly pop right into my head when she needs to tell me something.  Sophie likes to sit with her caregiver and truly connect on a soul level.  We have had some of the strangest experiences with her, and I want to make sure she goes to someone who can really take the time to connect with her on a very intimate level.  She communicates well using every tool we have offered her.  She is truly unique.  She is truly armed with special powers and she loved the knife we gifted her.  She has a thing for helping women and children who are dealing with DV and other bad situations.  

About the doll:  She is a porcelain 17" more modern type of vessel and will come with a sturdy doll stand, and a large butcher knife and sheath in her size.

IMPORTANT - If you look at a spirit doll and feel a tug in your heart, that is how you know the doll is meant for you. You will feel it in your soul.  FYI:  In my old shop, we had to have a disclaimer explaining that haunted items were "for entertainment purposes only" and this disclaimer is needed for some credit card processors as well - However, you need to know, as a potential buyer/adopter that I am NOT responsible for any paranormal activity that you might experience in your home once you adopt a spirit.  This is serious and many people who do not know what they are doing have had some pretty overwhelming experiences usually due to their own lack of knowledge or understanding about what it means to be a spirit keeper.  If you are under the age of 18, please do some research before trying to adopt a spirit.  As a seller, I will repeat, there are NO REFUNDS on haunted dolls - I will not guarantee that you will have the same experiences as I have had.  but if you know your stuff, do your research, and are prepared for anything, then you will!
