Helena was returned to us when her head got broken during shipping, but all investigations showed she was STILL attached to the vessel and refusing to leave.  So, I did what any mother would do, and I glued her back together.  I then ran resin all along the inside of her head so it would never break again, and now she wants another chance at adoption.  She is a FIGHTER.  And she literally looks the exact same because of the hat.

Helena is a Chunkalunk! She is adorable. We LOVE her so much.  She has been dead a long time and is unable to comprehend it.  She doesn't understand the idea of death.  Not at all.  When we ask her if she remembers her passing, she freezes up, she doesn't understand that she is, in fact, dead.  Understandable, as she was just 2 or 3 when she died.  And it was a traumatic death and accident.  She fell out of a window 3 floors up.  She had always been a curious child.  We spent a lot of time trying to figure out WHY she would have stuck around and not crossed over.  We think it has something to do with the fact that she doesn't even know she is dead, she just went about her life as if she never died.  She stayed in her home, she never wondered or noticed that her family grew old and died around her.  She was busy playing with her toys.  Helena must have had a shock to the system when her house was torn down.  She lived in a nice estate in Yorkshire since her death.  The doll she is attached to was left there by a previous renter.  She must have thought it was strange to have people moving in and out of "her" house.  She is a very active child.  She loves dogs and cats.  She seems to love stuffed animals.  Helena died in the 50s.  She has not been paying attention to the world going by her.  She thinks it is still the 50s and she reacts strongly to music and TV from that era.  She is a needy child, and she really hates to be left alone.  I think she is finally realizing that something is different.  I know she still thinks she is a living child.  I know she is starting to feel like she was abandoned by her family.  She just doesn't understand that she is dead and they grew old and died too.  I feel like Helena just needs a family where she can feel "adopted" and loved.  She has a strong magnet of attraction, so be aware of that.  It is hard to walk by her and NOT pick her up.  She is a heavy one too.  She hurts my hips when I carry her because she feels SO heavy and alive.  Helena should be with other child spirits, she seems to be happiest around a lot of kids.  She also loves animals and they seem to be attracted to her too.  She is very communicative for being so young.  She "speaks" through dreams and visions, but also uses the pendulum very well.  She does great with the PSB7 too.  I feel like Helena would be good for a beginner, because she is so sweet and so easy to deal with.  But she certainly needs a forever home, she is not the type who would do well with someone who isn't going to love her forever.  She is not a temporary child, she needs to be your full-time baby.  

About the doll:  She is an amazing handmade doll.  All pieces are bisque and hand painted.  She was made from a kit, and not from a factory.  She is HEAVY too.  She is made to sit and won't come with a doll stand.  You should get an infant carrier for her. Her head has been glued back together like a broken china doll and she has resin putty over the hole in the back of her head.  You can not even tell because of the hat she wears.  Her price was dropped to reflect that.

IMPORTANT - If you look at a spirit doll and feel a tug in your heart, that is how you know the doll is meant for you. You will feel it in your soul. FYI:  In my old shop, we had to have a disclaimer explaining that haunted items were "for entertainment purposes only" and this disclaimer is needed for some credit card processors as well - However, you need to know, as a potential buyer/adopter that I am NOT responsible for any paranormal activity that you might experience in your home once you adopt a spirit.  This is serious and many people who do not know what they are doing have had some pretty overwhelming experiences usually due to their own lack of knowledge or understanding about what it means to be a spirit keeper.  If you are under the age of 18, please do some research before trying to adopt a spirit.  As a seller, I will repeat, there are NO REFUNDS on haunted dolls - I will not guarantee that you will have the same experiences as I have had.  but if you know your stuff, do your research, and are prepared for anything, then you will!
