Carrie Haunted Doll ~ 21" Rubber Baby Doll Vessel ~ Paranormal ~ Needy ~ Lost Soul ~ Needs Family and LOVE

Carrie is a VERY cute vintage baby.  Her vessel is OLD and amazing! She loves her handmade flannel nightie and her baby bonnet.  She is so attached to them, that it makes me wonder if there is some sort of connection to her from before her death.  She was adamant about us NOT changing her clothing or her hat.  That rarely happens with child spirits.  They usually love new clothes. Carrie is a sweet little thing and I think she is one of the snuggliest babies here, and a bit older than she wants us to think.  I think she is closer to 3 or 4.  She has memories of toddling, taking steps, and doing older baby things.  She had a bit of a troubled family and home life, and she does have a lot of memories of being spanked and screamed at, which is hard to see, hear, and feel.  So empaths, beware: she does share these memories and you will feel her intensely.  I think she died in a very horrific way, beaten to death by her father.  She has harsh, horrible memories of this and it will be difficult for her caregiver to feel these things.  So be warned.  These bad memories don't always slip in, she is almost always a good happy child, but you get the good with the bad when it comes to childhood trauma, right?  I love Carrie.  She has a grandmother from Sicily who floats about and keeps track of her.  She has spoken to us in that old Italian way.  Mostly just to let us know that Carrie's father is a piece of sh*t and "nobody ever listened to her" type thing.  But its comforting knowing that Carrie is not alone in the afterworld.  She does have a guardian.  We got his one from a friend in NY.  She found the vessel in the driveway of a neighbor's house after they moved out.  She assumed they had meant to throw her away or something, but when she grabbed the doll, she could feel that it was "alive" and she took her home to investigate her.  She knew something was going on with the vessel.  The memory-sharing and nightmares were too much for her.  She was also a victim of early childhood violence so she did not want to keep Carrie.  She wanted her to find the right home, so she sent her to us and we ended up keeping her for years.  But it's time for Carrie to find a forever home.  We are basically closing up shop here soon, and we need to find homes for everyone. She felt sad because this was the first time that a vessel had ever given her that "magnetic" pull.   That feeling is what we describe as the mommy magnet.  We, and other spirit keepers of spirit children, know exactly what that feeling is.   Carrie is just a little lost soul waiting for a family to care for her.  A BETTER family than the one she had.  She sometimes cries at night because she doesn't understand what exactly happened to her, and I think she misses her mother.  From what we can tell her mother was an alcoholic who was not exactly present for Carrie.  She needs someone to be present for her.  When she gets sad, you will feel it.  Just pick her up and love on her.  She needs to feel that love.  Carrie is a sweet little baby and she just needs a parental type of spirit keeper, someone to give her the love she needs.  She loves to be held and talked to.  She does really well with other spirit children, and she likes to be in the same room with her family.  She likes to be included.  She does well with the pendulum.  I think she's too young to understand the Ouija, other than yes or no.  You can talk to her grandma/guardian sometimes, which is nice.  Carrie does really well with showing her memories in dreams and visions.  We adore her.  I think she would do well with a newbie too because she is so easy to care for.  

About the doll:  She is rubber with a cloth torso and rubber limbs.  She fits in 0 to 3 months baby clothes, but she won't let me change her clothing.  She is designed to sit/lay so she will not come with a doll stand.  YES she is a Madame Alexander baby, a RARE and very special vessel

This doll came from Lisa's personal collection. She has curated her dolls from around the world. Some picked up while she was on assignment overseas, and some were given to her. Some of them called out to her from second-hand shops. She studies them carefully and observes them for months before making any final assessments of their personality or behavior.
