Sakari is an Inuit Spirit.  She comes from Greenland, originally.  Lisa got her through a series of trades with a witchy woman she knows who travels there often.  Sakari was handmade, and it took years to complete her.  The vessel was completed by an elder of the tribe, someone who knew Sakari well and knew the doll was "in honor" of her.  I do not know if they knew Sakari's spirit would inhabit the doll, and if they did, they never told our friend.  They just told her it was a death doll, and she assumed the doll was made to honor the death and nothing more.  Sakari has real fur on her clothing, and the animals that provided the fur were from the same area.  It is important to note that these animals who gave their fur also gave their fat, meat, bones, and even their blood to the Kalaallit (Inuit people of Greenland), and nothing went to waste.  This is their tradition.  Sakari lived on in the early 1900s.  She died on a hunt.  She was 28, and a mother of 2 children.  Her partner had been killed only a year before, in an ice storm.  When Lisa received the doll, she thought she was getting a doll made IN HONOR of a woman who had died, similar to other death objects that she collects.  Within days she realized that the vessel contained a spirit.  She was genuinely perplexed because nobody told her this doll was haunted.  The whole situation was initially a "death-object" type thing and not a haunted thing.  Lisa collects death ephemera and death-related objects from around the world.  Lisa could tell she was dealing with something a bit strange.  Sakari is a powerful spirit.  She doesn't mince words and she feels like an angel or a celestial energy being of some sort.  She is most definitely in this realm as a spirit guide.  She is certainly the type of person who helps bring others to enlightenment.  Sakari is connected to the Goddess  Qailertetang, companion to Goddess Sedna.  Both of whom are guardians of all sea animals, especially seals, sea lions, and other mammals. Sakari says that the sea lions are their messengers.  She uses sea lions a lot in her dreams and visions.  Sakari is an interesting mix of energies.  She is a gifted Inuit Healer, and also a Wise Woman.  She is well versed in all forms of scrying, divination, and traditional Inuit rites and practices like reading the waters, the waves in the ocean, as well as animal whispering.  Sakari is a "witchy woman" in her own right, but she did not want to be included in October madness, and I can understand why.  We find her to be an amazing Mother-guardian spirit for the other spirits here in the house, as well as living animals.  She is an amazing guide, and shows us how important it is to be grounded and connected to nature and the waters of the world.  She shows us how the rivers, lakes, and oceans are also inside of us, our veins and capillaries are no different than the mapped-out creeks and waterways on the planet. She needs us to realize that when we hurt those waterways, we are hurting our own bodies. She needs us to know how magickal that is.   We are largely made of water, and we must realize how powerful that actually is. Sakari shows us that our ancestors walk by our side, always encouraging us. Mother Earth and the Luminaries support us at every moment. Animal companions provide unconditional love. These messages are her divine gift to us - and she helps us to fully understand them. Sakari loves offerings of seashells, bits of leather, carved wood pieces, and anything native to the areas of Alaska, Greenland, or Canada. Sakari is gifted at energy manipulation and consciousness exchange. She can use telepathy to teach us words and rituals. Sakari is a light-bender, and we constantly see weird orbs and light anomalies near her. She has ethereal, otherworldly magickal energy surrounding her. Sakari is an intense Dreamweaver. We have experienced Astral traveling with her, asleep, in Lucid dream sessions, and awake, in meditational telepathy sessions. She is a powerful spirit. Sakari feels ancient, otherworldly, and deeply connected to the rivers, lakes, creeks, and oceans on this planet. She feels like a water elemental. She feels like someone who can change the world by changing the hearts and minds of the people she connects with. We think she would do best with someone who would utilize her power and learn from her as we have. She attracts unique entities to our home. She likes to be near living things like plants and has visibly helped the growth of many of our wayward houseplants. Sakari has intense kinetic electric energy, holding her gives us a deeply connected feeling to the world and our part in it. She is a powerful force of nature in our home. She is highly active too. We have heard her singing Inuit songs and telling stories to other spirits. She is an easy communicator. She does very well on the pendulum. She does very well on the PSB7-spirit box. She can share emotions and energies with us very easily. We feel like she needs to be with someone who truly understands her heritage and has a deep respect for Native and First Nations cultures.

About the doll: She is truly unique, cloth torso, porcelain limbs, and real fur on her hand-sewn outfit. She will not come with a doll stand because she is too big and heavy for one.

IMPORTANT - If you look at a spirit doll and feel a tug in your heart, that is how you know the doll is meant for you. You will feel it in your soul.
