Eddie Haunted Doll ~ 22" Porcelain Scarecrow Wizard of Oz Vessel ~ Paranormal ~ SUPER Highly Active ~ Ohio ~ Protective of Children

Eddie is an interesting vessel and an even more interesting spirit.  We think he might have had a developmental disability.  He has shown us a pretty bad head injury as a kid, and that totally could have done it.  He speaks with a lisp, too, which is cute in a child, but a bit different in an adult.  He was well-loved by his family, that is for sure.  Lisa got this one from a woman in Ohio years ago.  He has made the rounds with our entire team.  We adore him.  Eddie grew up on a farm, he was a corn-fed boy, a hard worker.  He was as good as the day is long, and he still is - one of those rare, sweet, ACTUAL good human beings.  He died at the age of 26, but mentally and emotionally I think he feels closer to 9 or 10.  he still played with toys when he wasn't hauling hay for the farm animals.  He still read comic books when he was in between farm chores.  He went to church every Sunday.  He took care of the sick and injured animals and brought many animals home that he would find in the fields near his farm.  He has told us over and over that the scarecrow was his favorite character.  His vessel was originally found at an estate sale, and the woman who gave him to Lisa told us that she thought she felt a child inside, but was not sure.  He definitely feels like a child, but he's a full-grown man.  His soul is pure and innocent, though, just like a child.  When we asked him why he did not follow the light when he died, and why he didn't cross over, he told us he could not leave his parents because they needed him.  He believes that fully.  I have a feeling he stayed in that house with them for decades until they died.  The estate sale where he was found, was most likely the house he grew up in.  Eddie is very protective of pets and children.  I have a feeling he was just raised right, raised to be that sort of person.  He is always very mindful of the child spirits around him, and you get a sense that he was taught, very gently, how to handle children and care for them, just as one would a pet.   He has a lot of memories of helping out in Sunday school.  I do not think he went to public school, I think he was allowed to stay home because of whatever happened to him.  His injury or his disability.  He died in the early 60s.  Eddie is a good person and a sweet, sweet soul.  He is VERY ACTIVE, and I think that's because of his size.  His presence is HUGE, and I am guessing he was a very large kid and grew into a very large young man,  You can feel that he just takes up a lot of space.  Good energy though, always positive. always helpful.  Eddie has a ton of energy, not just kinetic energy - with orbs and light anomalies.  There is a sense of a real big farmboy in the house.  He is very ACTIVE - Lights flicker, the Wi-Fi goes off and on, and we have seen the channels change on the TV.  Eddie is VERY high-energy and definitely does well around all sorts of spirits, especially kids.  He loves to play with matchbox cars, comic books, crayons, building blocks, and Lincoln logs.  He likes to play with light-up toys.  Eddie just needs an understanding caregiver, someone who will adore him as we have.  It helps to realize that he is slower than a normal young man.  You might hear him lisping.  He shows us a lot of love and that's why everyone on my team adores him.  He is just good medicine.  A good addition to any spirit family.
