Belinda Haunted Doll ~ 23" Porcelain Toddler Vessel with Baby Doll ~ Older Than She Looks ~ Weird, Perhaps Misunderstood? ~ Highly Active ~ Telepathic

Belinda is kinda weird and she is definitely a lot older than she looks, we think she died in her early-20s.  She is NOT a child.  She is an adult. But you can tell she feels more comfortable in the child's vessel.  She has a need for nurturing, perhaps because of the traumas of her life.  She was abused, she was neglected.  She was locked away for a large portion of her life.  Her father was a surgeon and her mother was mentally unstable.  I am fairly sure that all of Belinda's issues stem from her mother's abuse.  I think her mother was abusing some sort of pill or something she was getting from the doctor.  There were doctors everywhere in her memories.  Belinda was taken away quite a few times and put into a hospital ward, and from what I can tell, she was NOT sick.  I think her father would do that for her own protection when her mother became too unwell to handle being a mother.  This happened over and over again.  I KNOW she is traumatized by the way she died. Anyone would be.  Her mother poisoned them both.  It was a murder-suicide, and Belinda was at least in her early 20s, maybe like 22 or 23. Maybe older.  Belinda had been sure that SHE was the one causing all these problems.  She was sure that it was HER (nonexistent) illness that made her mother insane.  But that's not it at all.  It was ALL her mother's doing.  Imagine the overwhelming weight of figuring that one out.  I think that's what she is dealing with now.  I think she is slowly coming to terms with the fact that this whole time, her mother was mentally ill, and she was NEVER physically ill.  I can barely fathom dealing with that.  Belinda resorts to her childhood, back before her mother got too bad.  I think that's why she chose the child's vessel.  She feels safer as a child.  She was happy as a child.  Her mother and father were loving and kind when she was a child.  I feel so bad for her. I would be "weird" too.  We all would be.  Belinda is very active and if you are not used to her fidgety strange energy it can feel kind of weird. She is a great communicator, she likes the pendulum, the Ouija, apps, even the K2, but she really has a powerful gift of telepathy.  She can project her voice quite loudly right into our heads.  Belinda is truly an interesting person, just prepare for the weirdness and the physical movements and the sounds of her footsteps and the cold spots, they are INTENSE with her. She really needs a caring, attentive caregiver who has empathy for the psychological abuse she has been though.  Belinda does well with the pendulum, the Ouija, and other, more modern devices, like the PSB-7 and various apps and EVP/EMF devices.  She needs a friend who can help her.  

About the doll:  She is a larger toddler vessel and she is meant to sit, so she will not come with a doll stand.

This doll came from Lisa's personal collection. She has curated her dolls from around the world. Some picked up while she was on assignment overseas, and some were given to her. Some of them called out to her from second-hand shops. She studies them carefully and observes them for months before making any final assessments of their personality or behavior.
