Maribeth is a handful but in the best possible way.  She is truly such a good girl.  Kids were so different in the 1950s.  Different views, and different things they enjoyed, the music they were exposed to, hobbies, etc.  Maribeth is so pure compared to the demon spawns of the modern era.   She has been here a long time, She came to us from her last caregiver, a couple in Florida who often sends us spirits to be rehomed,  They have a large, revolving collection as we do and they trust us to find their spirits new homes when it is time.  They warned me that she was a handful, but that I could never get mad at her because she is SUCH A GOOD GIRL and they were right.  She loves to make messes and get into drawers and books, but what can you do?  She is so sweet and cute and literally one of the last good kids we will ever know.  Maribeth is extremely active.  She has this ball of light that surrounds her like something from a cartoon or something. It's like a wrecking ball of energy.  She is a powerful kid and has a pure heart.   But she can move things, knock papers off the desk, and knock things over because her ball of energy is so much larger than her vessel and that ball can go all over the house like a ball of lightning.  I love her energy, I love her messes, and I really love that she can brighten up a room just by being in it.  I was supposed to put her in the shop last week, but I was depressed for a few days so I kept her close and that worked for me, as it always does, because her brightball of energy affects everyone in the house.  We get into better moods, we find joy in living, and we have fun.  Maribeth died at age 7 in a foster home in Georgia.  She had been beaten to death.  You can imagine what her short life was like in places like that.  She doesn't ever let that taint her mindset.  She is always positive.  She is always loving and happy, and singing and moving.  She is a pure-hearted child who has been in a bad situation.  She still has so much love in her heart.  She adores animals and they are drawn to her as well.  She can "hug" with her ball of energy.  She can bring that ball of energy right to your chest and you will feel it.  Maribeth is a big-time "kid talk" communicator: when she talks, she really MAKES herself be heard.  She does well with all the normal communication tools and she seems to LOVE playing with the spirit box.  She comes up with clever ways to get our attention.  She shares her memories through dreams on occasion.  She prefers the PSB7 but has done great with telepathy, Ouija Board, and pendulum, if she thinks you need to hear something, she will find a way to make you listen.  She needs a house with other spirit children and NO negative spirits, she hates them.

About the Doll - She is a 1950s vinyl drink and wet baby doll in her original clothing!  She will not come with a doll stand as she is meant to stand on her own.

IMPORTANT - If you look at a spirit doll and feel a tug in your heart, that is how you know the doll is meant for you. You will feel it in your soul.  FYI:  In my old shop, we had to have a disclaimer explaining that haunted items were "for entertainment purposes only" and this disclaimer is needed for some credit card processors as well - However, you need to know, as a potential buyer/adopter that I am NOT responsible for any paranormal activity that you might experience in your home once you adopt a spirit.  This is serious and many people who do not know what they are doing have had some pretty overwhelming experiences usually due to their own lack of knowledge or understanding about what it means to be a spirit keeper.  If you are under the age of 18, please do some research before trying to adopt a spirit.  As a seller, I will repeat, there are NO REFUNDS on haunted dolls - I will not guarantee that you will have the same experiences as I have had.  but if you know your stuff, do your research, and are prepared for anything, then you will!
